FX Renews 'Nip/Tuck' for Second Season

CHICAGO (thefutoncritic.com) -- FX has picked up its summer drama "Nip/Tuck" for a second season of 15 episodes. The network expects to have the new season ready for a spring or summer 2004 bow.
The series opened to a stellar 3.7 million viewers on July 22 making it one of the most watched bows in basic cable history. Overall this summer, it has averaged 3.4 million viewers, 2.1 million of which fall into the key adults 18-49 demographic.
